Standard, Premier and Elite plans include a discounted time and materials rate. Annual contracts provide a 5% discount and unused hours roll from month to month.
Time And Materials
Time and materials (T&M) allow flexibility in getting needs met. It addresses work requiring more hours than your plan has and work that is too small to be a project. Support and maintenance requests are assessed to determine whether they can be completed within the included support hours, require a project or fit nicely as a time and materials effort.
