Helping you harness your data, make better decisions and deliver results. That is what we do at Turtle Works.
Programmers are like my dog. He wants to run down the street any time I open the front door. Some day he is going to get hit by a car, or worse, killed. Programmers want to code, even if they don't know what the end result is supposed to be. Turns out business owners and decision makers are like that at times, too.
We have learned to define the end result up front, before we run down the road. When decision makers get distracted along the way, we bring them back to the end result and it's ROI.
So yes, the Turtle Works name is about the race between the tortoise and the hare. It's a constant reminder that the hare was faster, but was continually sidetracked by time wasting distractions. If you are not sure where you are going, speed is not the answer. The tortoise won the race because he knew where he was going and took the direct route to his destination.
As president and primary consultant for Turtle Works I enjoy working with customers throughout the entire sales and project lifecycle experience. Never one to stay in a box, Turtle Works allows me to do what I do best; build relationships, problem solve and serve small and medium size businesses. I hope this picture helps you match the voice on the phone with the person behind it.
Turtle Works LLC has been built upon core values, a commitment to excellence, and a lot of old-fashioned hard work. One of the humble honors of building a company that has attained success is that you have the opportunity to give back to your family, your community, your industry, and to the world. At Turtle Works, we know that not having access to clean drinking water is a main reason for poverty. Education is prevented and work suffers when hours are spent retrieving water, or you are too sick to work because the water was disease-laden. That is why we corporately support World Vision water projects.
World Vision is a global Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. World Vision serves all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. Go here to learn more about World Vision.
